Important Information:
Blakslee Park (at the corner of Fenn Rd. and Weymouth Rd.) is the Home of the Medina Township's Athletic Field Complex and the Hometown Heroes Memorial. Athletic fields may be used only by permission of Medina Township, and in accordance with the Medina Township Sports Field Regulations. In most circumstances, field rental fees will apply. There will be a $20.00 cancellation fee that will be applicable to all the fields, for all the participants, if the teams do not show up for scheduled games. This fee will be in addition to the $35.00 field use fee. (Cancellations due to weather conditions do not get charged this fee)
